It was night, night...of all times to be walking through the middle of a park in the city. Why was he here anyway? That was a question he himself couldn't answer, but he never asked himself anyway, he just went where the winds took him. Of course there was a reason to all of it but what was it? Well simple. His reason trumping everything for such endeavors. He was an entirely hopeless romantic at heart.
Whoever could possibly be walking out here, in the middle of the park, at midnight, while every other soul was sleeping, was beyond his knowledge to guess. He couldn't contemplate why anyone would be, but the mostly black clothed boy with a long sleeved white shirt was here anyway. Call it a feeling, call it stupidity, only time would tell which was a more adequate description for him this calm, moonlit night.

Jade had just finished with a job, and unfortunately she got her self really banged up. she had gotten stabbed in he ribs and was bruised all over. normally if she didn't go up against someone of her kind she would look like she was as prim and perfect as always. but the last job was different, she had faced off against one of the biggest vampire crime kings winning in the end but not with out a price.
"fuck, i need to get out" she fell from the tree on to the soft grass in the dark park. she couldn't move her body one bit, she ended up fainting from the exhaustion. she body softly heaving on the grass.

The boy stopped suddenly as he heard something up ahead. He could feel something, someone. It wasn't human but based on it's aura he could feel it wasn't going to be hostile either, in fact it felt like whatever it was was in pain. He rushed up to the presence, jogging quickly in case something was wrong before finally seeing a dark shape slumped on the ground.
When he finally reached it he looked down to see it was a girl, a very beautiful girl at that, but she was unconscious, passed out as the case would be. She was breathing heavily and she looked injured. He didn't care if she wasn't human, not that he ever did care about such things but still. He dropped to his right knee, reaching under her head with one hand and supporting it before lifting it up slightly, looking at her wounds before speaking softly to her. "Hey, wake up miss, can you hear me there?"

when he picked her up she let out a light moan. her body was bleeding a lot, taking the color from her face. she didn't wake but moved her to grab his arm with a solid grip. she was still aquipt with all her weapons, blades included.she continued to moan in her "sleep"

"Miss?" He hardly noticed when she grabbed his arm, too concerned about her recovery to really care. She was losing a lot of blood, she was getting pale. He thought quickly, taking a deep crimson ring from his right hand and breaking his arm away from her grip, putting the ring on her finger.
Almost immediately it would cause the blood to coagulate, sealing over her wound in no less than a minute while it also began to replenish and rebalance the proper level of blood her body should have. He was still supporting her head, hoping she'd recover as he scooped up her legs under her knees and lifted her up in his arms, standing again as he cradled her gently and waited for her to wake up.

she slowly started to wake up after the wounds started to heal, when she came to she saw the face looking down at her. she got startled and jumped from his arms in to the tree once more.after she had moved her body for the first time in a wile she felt the pain coming back, but no blood.
"who are you, and what did you do?" she said as she looked down at the ring

The boy tilted his head to the side and looked up at her when she jumped out of his arms and back up into the tree. "Oh. How rude of me, you were out cold and I never got a chance to introduce myself." He said as he made a slight bow, draping his right hand over his chest before standing back up and looking at her curiously.
"I'm Upsilon. Upsilon Inaba." He said with an oddly unworried tone, a warm smile on his face. "But my dear lady, you may call me Lon." He then looked down at her hand, noticing her examining the ring. "As for what I did, that's simple. You were hurt, badly bleeding. That ring coagulates blood rapidly to seal wounds and creates blood to balance your body to it's natural levels. All I did was heal you." He said sweetly as he giggled a bit. "Could I get your name?" He asked politely as he waited for her to say something.

she blushed slightly wile he was talking. "im jade" she said as she jumped down from the tree and landed on one knee. "thank you for the help, i appreciate it very much" she looked up at him as she spoke. she then got up then checking that her blades were in place. "oh im sorry i still have your ring" she handed it to Lon "i really should be going, so that i don't put anybody in any further danger"

Lon looked at her briefly as she jumped down before taking his ring back and slipping it on his finger once more. He jumped a bit when she said something about leaving however. For some reason he wanted to get to know this girl a bit better, she seemed interesting.
"Jade, wait." He said softly as he gently put his arm on her shoulder. "Please, you're not putting me in any danger and it's a lovely night." He said in a sweet voice as he glanced up at the moon briefly before looking her in the eyes. "Would you stay a while with me?" He asked as he blushed a bit himself. "If you want to of course."

"Well..." He said as his voice trailed off, thinking of what exactly to do in the middle of a park in the middle of the night. "You know, I'm not going to lie to you Jade." He said as he crossed his arms and smiled warmly at her, his eyes showing nothing but love, a trait he'd always had in these situations really.
"I'd like to get to know you better. Perhaps there was a reason we met tonight and I saved you beyond chance." He said as he continued to wait for her response, never breaking his gaze with her eyes. "Shall we just take a walk? We are in a park after all. I'd like to know what you do, where you're from, anything you feel like telling me really. You're a beautiful girl, but I feel there's more to you than just your beauty."

"that's what every one says its wired but ok" she said as she started to walk off in the direction of the pond. she found it weird that he would still approach her after knowing what she was and the deadly weapons on her belt, "well my name is jade, and im 20 years old and i am basically a assassin/ mercenary and i go with who ever pays me more and i guess ill do anything to get the job done"

"I see. An assassin and a mercenary. Very curious." He chuckled as he thought about it. He said curious for more than one reason. "Now tell me Jade, I'm a very perceptive man. I can tell there's something about you that's not human." He said in a calm tone as he stopped walking and looked at her. "So, what exactly are you if you're not a human Jade?" He was oddly nonchalant about asking her, he didn't care in the least that he was letting her know he knew she wasn't a human. He was actually quite curious to find out what exactly this assassin he'd just saved was.

"im.........don't get me wrong by what i do and think that im a heartless bitch" she said with a scared look on her face "im a vampire, but not the ones that bit to kill. id never do that to anyone, and i also help the people im assigned to kill by hiding them and most accounts taking out the one who wanted the hit." she said with an ashamed smile.

"Hardly. I wouldn't call you a heartless bitch." He said laughing, crossing his arms and looking at her interestedly. "I'm more of a wanderer myself. I look for adventure, investigate mystery, and generally hunt for excitement, challenges, and chances to test myself." He replied as tilted his head a bit to the side. "You don't look like a vampire though. Not that I've ever seen one of course but still, you get the idea. You don't look especially dangerous." He laughed again, bringing his arms to the sides and sighing. "But maybe that's just me being too nonchalant as usual."
